1) check if there is an approval of the manager
2) make tasks in Saul
a) Ask Felton to prepare a laptop
b) Register or update the device with Sheldon
c) Handover laptop
3) Give Felton the correct instructions: default language, what kind of device (normal laptop or something else).
4) React to the requester the ticket is being processed
5) Inform requester laptop is ready and schedule a pick-up moment
6) If desired keyboard is azurty in the GO, provide a separate keyboard
7) Check the label at the bottom of the laptop
8) Handout laptop
9) If applicable: return the old laptop
10) Register or update the devices with Sheldon
11) Close tasks
12) Close ticket
